The OpenLV project was developed by Western Power Distribution (WPD) and EA Technology funded via Ofgem’s Network Innovation Competition (NIC).
Leveraging the vast amount of data from the OpenLV project, our project aimed to assess the advantages of incorporating power electronics to mesh LV substations and to compare the benefits against normal network reconfiguration through switching.
